You will get 5 pairs of these, with the following "drips": green, orange, blue, yellow, and pink. I detect a hint of a western theme to these, ladies, so you can wear these with your jeans just as well as with your dresses. =D What you can't quite see in the scan is that the drips are faceted, bringing out the gourd shape and making these just that much more "country".
